Erin first joined the h.e. banks team in 2006 after being introduced to the lighting profession at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.  Passion for design, thoroughness, and attention to detail have allowed Erin to excel in the field of lighting design.  Her desire to explore new approaches in energy efficient lighting and controls complement her interest in sustainable design.  The ability to transform the perception of architecture, workspace, and furnishings through the use of innovative illumination is very gratifying. 

Erin is a Silicon Valley native excited to be back home after spending 5 years in Southern California.  Her eagerness to learn and be challenged is evident in many aspects of her life.  As a designer, Erin enjoys the opportunity to work with a team to bring a total solution to projects that have included offices, wineries, high-end residential, and landscape lighting.
