Erin joined the h.e. banks team and lighting design profession in 2006.  Passion for design, thoroughness, and exceptional attention to detail has allowed Erin to excel in the field of lighting design.  Her desire to explore new approaches in energy efficient lighting, emerging LED technologies, and lighting controls complement her interest in sustainable design.  Erin thrives on the ability to transform the perception of architecture, workspace, and furnishings through the use of innovative illumination. 

As a Senior Designer, Erin is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about design. Her communication abilities and knowledge of cutting edge technologies provide Erin with skills to collaborate with a team to take on new challenges and develop conceptual ideas into real solutions.

Erin has designed lighting for a wide range of projects varying in size and complexity. Her project experience includes commercial spaces, offices, universities, wineries, restaurants, resorts, high-end residential, senior living facilities, site and landscape lighting.
