Shiloh joined h.e. banks and the lighting design profession in 2005. The creative integration of human activity, advancing technology, and aesthetics is what drew her to this specialty of design.  Her business and interior design education, project management and client services background, and passion for design and lighting provided her with a solid foundation and natural progression into this dynamic field.

Shiloh enjoys the challenges of working as part of a team to develop architecturally integrated, innovative lighting solutions that are tailored to each client’s needs while enhancing the architecture and interiors.  She promotes energy conservation and sustainable design, using the most efficient sources available combined with lighting control systems.  Her organization, attention to detail, and enjoyment of the interpersonal aspects of the job contribute to the successful management of projects from conception to completion.

Shiloh has gained valuable experience in a wide range of projects including high-end residences, various office spaces, wineries, resorts, spas, club houses, fitness centers, and landscape lighting.
